Me considero profesional en metodologías para la escucha y la creación colectiva. Mi constante formación en el ámbito de la investigación social, con énfasis en lo educativo, y la fascinación por los lenguajes artísticos desde la exploración corporal, me ha llevado a contextos geopolíticos diversos, que han nutrido mi mirada sobre las múltiples posibilidades de acompañar procesos vitales.

Creo Reescribir entre cuerpos caminos po(e)sibles, una metodología con base epistémica propia, a la escucha y en diálogo con muchos textos, voces y contextos. Hay un libro que recoge parte de esa experiencia en constante andar:  Reescribir entre cuerpos caminos po(e)sibles. Transformar la educación. (DURAN, N. 2017. Editorial UOC. Colección Pedagogías Contemporáneas).

Creo un espacio de esperanza: mi propio ser, y su extensión, que procuro reflejar en los lugares que habito. La Casa Voladora en Catalunya, la Casa Nido en Colombia…  Sentir hogar en este mundo, habitarme y ser nido capaz de albergar pluriversidades.

CV english version:

I undertook two undergraduate degrees simultaneously: Audiovisual Communication, Pompeu Fabra University, 2005 and Primary Education, Ramon Llull University, 2005. I then furthered my studies with a masters degree in Sensorial Languages and Poetry of Game, Girona University, 2011 and a PhD in Arts and Education, Barcelona University, 2012. My doctorate gave me a global view of education by enabling me to participate in a variety of conferences, and to work in overseas universities for extended periods of time. 

Currently, I lecture on the Visual Arts masters degree course for the University of Barcelona. I am also a professor for UOC (Open University of Catalunya), directing Thesis in the Social Education Master. In addition, I work remotely for the University of Antioquia, Medellin, Colombia as a member of the Thesis Defense Tribunal. I have strong links with the University of Antioquia having lectured and conducted research there for the Diverser Research Group, 2015-2018, focused on interculturality and Mother Earth Pedagogy.

In addition to my work in higher education, I have, for the last seven years been curating  a cultural space in Catalunya, called Casa Voladora, Space for Listening and Collective Creation. Here I facilitate international cultural exchanges. I have always believed in a creative, interdisciplinary view of education, and for this reason my professional path has been cross-disciplinary, using artistic-creative methodologies to explore contemporary aspects of education.
